This course discusses the following topics: the purpose and operation of the various OBD II evaporative emission control systems; diagnosing evaporative emission systems and related problems resulting from malfunctions in the various fuel system components; determining the necessary action for effective repairs; and demonstrating correct and safe diagnostic repair procedures related to evaporative emission system failures.
